Every cake I have had from here as been fantastic. It's amazing how quickly he can write on the cake. It's also been an excellent experience buying a cake from this place.

I had a wonderful experience here and just had to leave a review. The cakes are absolutely delicious and taste as good as they look. The Double Chocolate Strawberry and the Black Forest are highly recommended — both were incredibly fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. You can really tell that high-quality ingredients are used and that a lot of care goes into the preparation. If you’re a dessert lover, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll be coming back to try more from their menu! Price per person: $40–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I visited the Cheesecake Shop Ermington branch recently and was very disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behavior of a female staff member. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respectful service. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves customer service at this branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
