Coming from the UK and missing Fish and Chips, we were so happy to come to The Chippy to have an elevated version of the British street food classic. Order cod and chips, coleslaw and onion rings. Tartare sauce included in the main meal. Fish was fresh with crispy batter- just like in London (if not better!) we found the chips slightly dry and browner than what we are used to which was disappointing. The onion rings were amazing, you must try them. The coleslaw very fresh and crunchy. Couldn’t get enough of the tartar sauce! Very tasty! Service was prompt - food was hot. Innocent, our waitress, was friendly and attentive. All in all we left full, alhamdulillah and happy with the food- just a tiny bit sad about the chips being slightly dry inside. Awesome fish and chips. Flaky, not oily, batter is perfect, fish isnt 'off' tasting. Will definitely patronize again!!! Tartar sauce is great with a nice bit of tang and dill.
