My 8yo and I were the only ppl in the cafe and ordered 1 breakfast and a pot of tea at 8.15am, making it clear that we had to leave at 8.55am for an appointment. By 8.30am we still hadn't been served anything, but they started making making juice and coffees for other customers. I had to remind them about our order and time constraints. By 8.35, still nothing, and I had to ask if we could please at least have tea which they finally made and brought out. Breakfast finally arrived at 8.40 and we had to eat at breakneck speed with no time to enjoy. If we hadn't prepaid and my 8yo hadn't been starving, we would have walked out. Not coming back. Shocking service.
