Blah. Their lobster roll is on a lightly buttered and toasted hotdog bun with a little lettuce wall, too much mayo and stupid celery. It's not tuna salad, people! You shouldn't want to mask the subtle flavor of lobster, like you do with crappy canned tuna. Maybe they're doing that because their lobster isn't fresh enough. I wished I had some salt too. The difference between the $9 small and the $15 large lobster rolls is you get either one scoop or two of lobster salad. You can add French fries and cole slaw to either for $3. But I would skip this one and go to one of the dozens of much much better food trucks.
