I drink coffee here often but I feel that the water they use in the coffee is too hot and therefore burns the grounds, leaving the coffee with a sour taste. Cleaning the espresso machine more frequently and standardizing the water temperature should solve the problem. Hot coffee is good but it must not burn the customer's mouth or the coffee grounds.
