Yesterday I took a new client to coffee club (I am a support worker) now my client is well knowen to them (first name basis) and I was absolutely amazed by the staff, they were so kind and lovely, very patient with her with an amazing attitude toward everything my client said, this is not a common thing I see when taking clients into the community so thank you to all the staff that worked yesterday that treated my client with such respect it is a breath of fresh air, coffee club management should be proud of their staff at the forum. Oh and tea, coffee and chips were on point too. Definitely recommend and definitely will take other clients there. I would just like to say what great service I had today at the coffee club, and thought the young waiter deserved a shout out for taking all the food, drinks and cleaning the tables still with a big warm smile on his face. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
