Great coffee, pastries and customer service. My usual order (which I sometimes change up slightly) is remembered, love the nice touch of a little lotus biscoff biscuit with your drink (& my 2year old gets an extra one too which he looks forward to whenever we come and talks about having one on our way), great loyalty system and reasonable prices compared to other nearby options. 100% recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
