I wasn't impressed to be sitting waiting for my order and to be spoken about behind the counter it wasnt even as if it was something that wasnt on your menu of sides i asked for its not just myself that was hearing your conversation cause it was that Loud it was others waiting to plus you did pop your head up over the counter when I said its me they are speaking about . Sorry I don't think this is very good customer service

Hi Catherine , sorry that you're not impressed with our service, just to clear it up you were not being discussed personally , it was just a case of "how long has that woman been sitting there? What is her order and is it ready , if so get it out to save her waiting any longer." So does this warrant jumping on to social media and leaving a one star review ?

Not impressed it's guess work when they are ever open today sat outside the shop on Tuesday at 5.30pm no one has opened up & no one answering their phone. Not a very good way to run a business there's customers that would like to use this chippy. Sad & disappointing.

Opening hrs are now Thursday , Friday and Saturday. It's been on Facebook

I travel from Cruden Bay to the Compass Rose for our food it's that good! The chips are out of this world! The fish is fresh and batter crispy. the other products are as good. Service is fast and efficient. my daughter and her son live near the Compass Rose and when she can she'll treat herself to a supper, ( son too young) Alan is always friendly. I would highly recommend Compass Rose .
