Terrible experience. Staff was rude, sound quality was awful, and the venue was in general disorganized. Definitely not worth the money.

The pillars ruin everything. If you buy a seat to a metal show and can’t see, that’s your fault.

Staff is not helpful at all had and show seemed like a complete mess I shelled out 5-6 hundred for tickets and a meet and greet experience I arrived had no idea where to go for meet and greet nobody was at the door directing or informing had to ask a security member and he wasn’t even aware where the meet and greet was going on but he was the only person in uniform trying to help people the show went on late and had to wait through 4 hours of mid openers i understand it was a host show but you guys should’ve let us know the main act would be the last I actually missed the main because they made it seem like he’d be up next he did not preform until show was supposed to be over. felt the meet and greet was rushed and people got to pay half price but I had to pay 200 online and I paid extra to rent a box on the second floor which was supposed to be private but your stuff let anyone up in the paid area by the 100 dollar tables which pushed me out of the view and I had to be a bounce for my private box and kick some guy out making comments towards my girl almost escalated into something very serious but your staff did not offer drinks or any food or any help like at least have some service skills and the tvs did not work and yes I checked into the box with the lady who checked my tickets for the meet and greet so you should’ve known there’s people there
