Ordered the Aussie burger only to discover the egg was left off. On pointing this out we were told it was $4 extra. When we showed Her it was on the menu, we were told oh well, next time. There will not be a next time for an $18 burger.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I asked for a serviette, but the girl at the counter completely ignored me. Another woman gave me an irritated look and told me they had closed the store and wrapped up, and that I should get it somewhere else even though I could clearly see the serviettes right behind her. Such unprofessional and rude behavior over something so small is disappointing. It’s shocking that they couldn’t even provide a simple serviette. I will definitely not be returning to this café after such a pathetic and unpleasant experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
