Very disappointing experience. We visited with our eight-month-old baby after spending the morning at the park, and from the moment we sat down we felt unwelcome. The older waitress who served us repeatedly gave us dirty looks and kept staring at us as she walked past. There was no smile or friendly service at all. We ordered frappuccinos, but she repeated "cappuccinos" and walked away before giving us a chance to correct her. When the cappuccinos arrived, we politely explained that we'd ordered frappuccinos. She took them away but clearly wasn't happy about it. When the replacements came back, they didn't seem like proper frappuccinos at all. They appeared to be the original cappuccinos simply blended with ice. They were thin, overly frothy, and nowhere near the consistency you'd expect. The worst part was the attitude afterwards. She went around asking other tables if their drinks were okay but completely ignored us, making us feel singled out for politely correcting her mistake. She also avoided coming back to our table for the bill and left another member of staff to deal with it. Whether intentional or not, we were left feeling judged because we were dressed casually after visiting the park. No customer should ever be made to feel like that. If management genuinely cares about customer service, I'd encourage them to review the CCTV from between 11:30am and 12:00pm. It should show exactly the behaviour we experienced. Sadly, after this experience, we won't be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice food at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly. The outdoor area is a nice space with an abroad feel. Chilled by day but lively at night, at the weekend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by during a walk on Easter Monday. Halloumi burger, French toast, Diet Coke and a latte. All 10/10. Great service by all the staff and welcomed on entry. Very attentive. 5 star service. Very good prices. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Will be back soon. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
