We stopped into The Cove for drinks and were genuinely impressed from the moment we sat down. Natalie provided great service! She was very attentive, and calm despite a very busy Seattle afternoon. She carried herself with the kind of quiet confidence that makes service feel effortless, even under pressure. It set the tone for the entire visit. The atmosphere was exactly what you hope for on a clear Seattle day: bright, open, and on the South Lake Union waterfront. There space was so clean, had great natural light, and even the clientele felt more polished than the typical Seattle casual attire. We only stayed for drinks, but the happy hour wine bottle was a great value, and the light‑bite options were well‑chosen for a relaxed afternoon stop. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in, enjoy the view, and feel like you’ve picked a spot that gets all the details right. A wonderful experience all around and we’ll absolutely be back! Went to The Cove on a sunny Saturday and it felt like we were transported to a day club in Ibiza! A DJ was spinning, the energy was incredible, and the place was absolutely packed — full house vibes. We got lucky and snagged a table right away (indoors but right by the doors), which made for amazing people watching. Even with how busy it was, the service was on point. We each had two drinks and the Hugo Spritz was super refreshing — perfect for a warm day. The AC was blasting inside so even with the sun pouring in, it felt breezy and comfortable. Turns out we were there for their 1-year anniversary, which made it even more special! They should definitely hire a DJ every weekend — it completely elevates the atmosphere. There were boats tied up right next to the place, giving it total boat party energy. We'll absolutely be back, and next time we're pulling up via boat! Highly recommend if you're looking for good drinks, great vibes, and an unforgettable Seattle waterfront experience. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quintessential Seattle experience. A fantastic spot to witness so much of what makes Seattle special. This gem sits on SLU with great views, vibe, & welcoming staff.
