We ordered a pizza to our campsite at the KOA after a long day of driving and setting up our camper. The delivery guy brought us our pizza and after he left we realized it was the wrong pizza. We were going to just eat it and not say anything however the lady from the Dough Shack actually called me back and asked if I was coming to pick up my pizza. I explained to her that it was supposed to be delivery but the wrong pizza had been delivered. Turns out it was a misunderstanding/mix up of orders. She apologized and spoke with the owner and they decided to have our correct pizza delivered to us as well at no charge! I thought this was awesome that the company actually called me back to find out what happened and made it right. Most places don’t even want to make it right if you call them to let them know there was a problem. I was impressed by their customer service and the pizzas were awesome, even the one with the toppings we don’t really care for. I would definitely order again and recommend to others!
