Decided to hit a small town place for breakfast and just wow. The girls are running around in circles keeping everyone happy and everything moving. We had the corn beef breakfast and it was delicious. The place is packed with a great selection of homemade jams, honey, milks, and much more. The jalapeño ketchup is killer! Available on the tables and for sale to take home. Its my new go to for breakfast coming home from a long weekend playing in the UP. You won't be disappointed. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Delicious and so fresh. Good value and unique flavor combos. This is WELL worth the stop. And the Reuben sandwich really is the best ever. Slow cooked for 49 hrs at a time. What a sandwich! The smash burger melts in your mouth especially with the unique olive mixture. And the smoothies! Man everything here is so tasty also try the zucchini fries. YUM. Friendly service. Be patient. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Farmers Table yesterday. The cozy atmosphere and true farm‑to‑table cooking make every meal taste like real home‑cooked comfort. They use locally sourced meats and farm‑fresh ingredients, and you can truly taste the quality. Our waitress, Alissa, was fantastic — friendly, patient, and she even took my food allergies seriously, offering thoughtful solutions so I could enjoy my meal safely. She also answered all my questions about the Serendipity Farms products they sell. My eyes were being wacky and Alissa even READ the ingredients for me. That’s Northern Michigan charm in action! Before you leave, check out their selection of local goodies: honey, jams, jellies, sauces, meats, fresh milk, and creamer. Bring a little extra cash because you’ll want to take some home. This place is a true local gem with great food and even better people.
