I've never heard of a shop giving your order to other customers because a person wasn't coming to fetch their order. I placed an order at 18:23. Came to fetch it at 18:38 and I was told my chips were given to another customer... How? So I had to wait another 20mins for my order. This is not proper customer service and it's against consumer rights and act to give an order that someone paid for to someone else. Never buying here again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 100–200 Service: 1
