Proper fish and chips cooked the classic traditional way of in beef dripping, hard to find these days but a treat when you do. Chips came out crispy fluffy and tasty all what you want, personally I don't like fish but I saw it coming out and the batter appeared to have a good golden look that I am confident would of had a lovely crunch to it too. Young local fella runs the van and works in the park during the day, support local people and give him a go. Meal type: Dinner
