Had a wonderful breakfast experience at Hyatt Place – The Gallery Café! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Everything was beautifully presented. The ambiance was clean, comfortable, and inviting – a perfect way to start the day. What truly made the experience exceptional was the top-notch service. The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind. Special thanks to Romnick and Feroz, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt well taken care of. A small but memorable gesture: I didn’t say anything about my fried egg, but the staff noticed and assumed I had ordered sunny side up. Without me even asking, they kindly offered to replace it – a thoughtful act that truly reflects their attention to detail and care for guests. Service like this is rare and so appreciated.
