Terrible customer service. Ordered food to be delivered which arrived cold and restaurant didn’t want to assist either with a refund or helping us out with fresh food like we had expected to receive. And from a chicken shop no less, a product which also like squid cannot be eaten at an unsafe temperature! Argumentative, rude and unwilling to help. Will never order from here again and will spread the word throughout the catering industry.

Finally just got around to trying the 'The Gallus' through Deliveroo. Believe the hype. The chicken is amazing. Proper good portions too, but because it was sooo nice, I want more now. I could become addicted to this place.
