Very disappointed in the Grand Cafe. Yesterday we had a delicious breakfast there and a very nice server. We asked if they were having the Prime Rib dinner on Saturday night and were reassured that it was on. We got to the restaurant (4 adults and 2 well-behaved children). We were seated and got our drinks (very watered down). The server came over to take our order. When we ordered prime rib she came back and told us that they didn't have any tonight,). Unfortunately for us we stayed anyway. The server was terrible . Several of the orders came out wrong. She definitely didn't know what she was doing . Then we got the bill with a large gratuity added . Very disappointed. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a side salad and the spaghetti and meatballs. When I ordered, I asked for extra ranch for my salad. In which the kid taking my order said he had to ask his manager??? For what?? I'm willing to pay for the extra ranch. I wanted 4 small cups (it came with 2). The manager told him to only do 3. Really?? Your going to make a deal over one small cup of ranch?? I said many times I would pay for it. When she brought out the order. I looked inside and saw 3 and asked can I buy a 4th one in which she hesitated and finally said ok. She turned around and told the kid to charge me for it. No big deal. Why they had to make an issue out of it. I had no idea. The food is not good at all. The spaghetti and meatballs literally taste the same as the microwave dinner version. It is way overpriced. The kid taking my order was nice but seemed to be dealing with an overbearing rude manager. $40 for spaghetti and meatballs and a tiny salad is insane tho. Our entire dining experience was amazing. The food was fantastic. The folks that see you and get you your drinks were really polite and efficient but the one thing that stands out in our minds is our server. Her name was Azita and she was so friendly and polite and efficient. It was such a pleasure to meet her and have her be our server. We were on the fence about having desert, after a short do with Azita we had the German chocolate cake- oh so good, great recommendation.Food was fantastic. Can’t rave about it enough if you’re in the area stop by have their burger it’ll melt in your mouth. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
