Desgraciadamente, el personal esta bien valorado, tal y como comentan muchos clientes. Una serie de usuarios dicen que el servicio es bueno. Su inusual atmósfera no atrae cientes. Este restaurante ha recibido una valoración por debajo de la media en Google.

Their Facebook posts and promotions look great, but our actual experience was very disappointing. We ordered a Strawberry Bingsu, but what we received was just crushed ice with ice cream and toppings. They had run out of strawberries and simply replaced them with apples without informing us first. They should have asked for our approval before changing the ingredients so we could decide whether to continue with the order or not. Another issue was that the staff kept asking us repeatedly if we wanted refills while we were still eating. While we appreciate attentive service, it became distracting and uncomfortable. It would be better to let customers call the staff when they are ready for a refill. We also requested a refill of just a thin slice of pork, but our request was refused because they only refill according to the preset portions of the original order. This was disappointing, especially for an unlimited samgyupsal experience where customer satisfaction should be a priority. Overall, this was the worst samgyupsal experience I have ever had. The service and food quality did not match the expectations created by their online promotions. I hope this feedback helps them improve their customer service and overall dining experience. This restaurant does not deserve even 1 star. 1. They charge for kids like 7 years old as full and 6 years old with 20% discount. Barely they eat even 3 pcs of meat. While other Samgyupsal restaurants took a consideration of not charging kids at all. 2. When we asked for refill, it took 10-15 minutes for them to serve wherein 2 staffs came to our table to ask. 3. The lady with red apron was keep on telling us of the restaurant’s policy while our soup was not being served. And when we asked, she said, it is not available. 4. When we asked if they accept card payment, they said yes apparently, it’s not available. 5. You are forced to eat beef and sausage despite of telling them that the beef is chewy and we don’t like sausage. As they are telling that it is part of the set on plate. The management should give option what the customer would like to eat. 1st and last visit. NEVER AGAIN. I should have listened to my relatives. And should have read the reviews first. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Heard from others as well who have not written comments here. Yung feeling na excited kami kumain kasama kapatid ng asawa ko,napunta pa sa pagiging badtrip. 2 lng yung crew which is mabagal talaga magserve ng pagkain and specially the face of your manager I think,apaka unprofessional the way she looks the way she speak it's so dissapointed dapat hindi ganyan yung personality ng staff nyo masyadong napaghalataan tinatamad makipag approach sa customer. Nirecommend ko pa naman yung samgyupsal nyo sa sister in law ko dahil nagcracrave sya,nahiya pa ako sakanya kasi hindi sya satisfied sa services and food niyo. Kahit ako nakakainis talaga ganyang staff,dahil sa staff nyo kapag ganyan lagi attitude nya marami kayong bad reviews na makukuha. Hopefully maayus yung ganyan para di madissapoint yung customer nyo.
