I love that the Human Bean is a successful Oregon-based franchise. Their small-footprint drive-thru coffee model is fast and cost effective to run. I want to support their business but I honestly still prefer the taste of coffee from local coffee shops or even from Starbucks. Their pastries are also pre-packaged and not the highest quality. If you’re looking for a quick cup of coffee in the Springfield area, I would recommend checking out the Human Bean. However, if you have more time, I would go elsewhere for a better coffee and food experience. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
