Fui a este lugar por recomendacion, fuimos muy temprano y estaba vacío, tiene mucho espacio, y maquinas Árcade qué tenia años que no veía, fue muy divertido volver a jugar "Street fighter", la atención es muy buena la verdad, tuvimos un gran servicio. La comida es excelente la carne es suave, se desprende el hueso, y el brisket se puede cortar con el tenedor, los cortes de carne son exquisitos pero pidan el gravy aparte. La cerveza es deliciosa, es una gran experiencia el comer aquí, tienen un menú para niños y les dan una pequeña bolsa de regalo para entretenerlos, la vdd recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

1/5 – Very disappointing experience We went to The Kingslander as a group of 9 people after seeing their advertising for a $30 per person “all you can eat” pork ribs deal. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The first round of food took a very long time to arrive. We then ordered a second round, but 50 minutes later, instead of bringing the pork ribs we had ordered, they only brought two portions of chicken tenders for the entire table and nothing else. What made the situation even worse was that at no point did the staff explain that they were running low on ribs or that there was an issue with the availability of the food advertised in the promotion. They also did not offer any reasonable alternative or attempt to compensate for the situation. For a group of 9 people paying for an “all you can eat” promotion, this was simply unacceptable. The advertising creates the expectation that customers can actually order and receive additional servings of the advertised pork ribs, but that was definitely not our experience. The customer service was particularly disappointing when it came to dealing with dissatisfied customers and trying to resolve the problem. We would have appreciated at least some communication, an explanation, or an attempt to find a solution. In my opinion, the promotion was misleading, and the service did not deliver what was advertised. Unfortunately, what should have been a good meal with friends turned into a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this promotion unless the conditions and availability are made much clearer beforehand. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
