****CHECK YOUR BILL**** I arrived at the airport with about an hour before boarding so I decided to grab a quick bite. I tried to use the QR code to order because nobody spoke to me when I sat down. Indicated my order and the app wouldn’t let me finish the transaction. I gave the waitress my order. The restaurant was not busy at all and, after 30 min, I asked how long my food was going to take. Amazingly, as soon as she went to check, it was ready. The food was what you would expect at an airport restaurant. When I asked for my bill, they had charged me for a double drink which is not what I ordered. The charge was $25.79 when the drink I ordered said it was $15.79 on the app. She tried to tell me all cocktails are doubles. I told her the app price and said that’s what I would pay. She and another waitress didn’t know how to fix it so a manager was called. What should have been a simple, quick bite turned into me rushing to get to my gate. My expectations are never high at the airport, but trying to charge 1.5X the advertised price for a drink is not ok. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Parking options: Paid parking garage

If you’re looking for a fast and efficient experience. This is not for you. Staff and cooks are slow and you have to order thru an app. So limited interaction. Still it took over 10 minutes to get simple no ice sodas. Over 30 minutes to get food. There was two waitresses. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

Meet a customer to deliver a Llwellyn Field Spaniel pup. She had a long layover, so I treated her to lunch. Asked for permission to have the pup in crate next to outside table. THE CHEF CAME OUT WITH A WATER BOWL with ice because HIS dog likes ice! Best Chicken Ceasar Salad I ever had, great waitress, The Chef is from NYC but we got pure Southern hospitality. Will make an effort to eat here next time I am at the airport!
