While visiting Reno on a hot day in August, I was looking for a cold drink, I happened to find The Loving Cup Bar. Wow! The key to the success of any business are it's employees! This is a happening place! As busy as they were on a Friday night, I was amazed how the bartender Jess was able to keep up with serving the crowd! Her upbeat personality and her smile were very contagious! I was probably her oldest patron this night. She made me feel welcome and included. Just as she did, everyone at the bar! I saw nothing but smiles, and folks of all ages who were having a good time! Jess is one of those people whose personality grabs your attention, lifts your spirit, and makes you happy to be there! She is an asset to The Loving Cups' bottom line! As a business owner myself, I would attempt to steal her away if my business was local! She would be an asset to any business! I wonder if she would be willing to relocate, I thought. I didn't ask because she obviously is loyal to her employer and enjoys her work and hernpatrons. Brian, don't lose Jess!
