Ordered with a group from work. I got the grilled cheese sandwich with a side of fries. I’m only giving it 2 stars because I have had ok experiences here in the past. This time not so much. Bread on the sandwich seemed stale and chewy. Flipped over the other half before eating it and it looked like there was even mold on it. Lost my appetite. Will pass on food from here again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2

Hey Nick, thank you for the feedback! We do not serve fries at this location, so we’re wondering if this was from a different location? Additionally, our staff is well trained on food safety, and we rotate our bread weekly so we can assure you that is not mold. It is likely cheese that was burned on the grill from a previous sandwich. However, we are sad to hear that you had a less than great experience & we’d like to make it up to you. Love The Lunch Box!! Worth the stop even if you don't work or live in the building :) I recommend the chipotle turkey sandwich and whatever soup they have that day because they're all good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
