Extremely rude staff, when we asked about cocktails the barman kept putting the menu in our faces. We asked for the manager to make a complaint. She was even ruder, she refused to provide her name, she was a mixed race woman. She started shouting at us for daring to make a complaint, there was no apology or acknowledgment, she then even called the security over to remove us, and they were noticeably confused by the situation. I would not recommend, if you provide any form of negative feed back, they simply won't accept it and will treat you as the one in the wrong, no basic customer service, my best advise is stay away from this place, plenty of nice bars in Exeter that actually value their customers.
