Had the pleasure of visiting when in the area visiting a local garage for some work on my car today. The staff (I think named Georgie/Georgia?) Member couldn't be more welcoming, and the locals were a lovely bunch clearly all knew eachother well. Pubs like this are few and far between sadly I wholeheartedly recommend a visit. I've given the food 5 stars but must admit I didn't try any of it my rating is based entirely on the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A proper local pub that feels like a second home for those in the area. Warm, welcoming, and full of familiar faces, The New Inn isn’t about trends—it’s about community. Great pints, friendly banter, and that comforting “everyone knows your name” vibe. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
