I’m not sure if it was the owner or a manager I spoke to but they were very rude and very unprofessional. If I had to guess this person is the main reason why they don’t get a lot of customers. I would highly suggest a change or an even friendlier personality. Not only have I seen her being rude and impatient/annoyed with elderly/older people but she continues to act prideful and entitled with completing simple tasks like asking for a napkin or straw. I’m not sure if that is what they allow her to do because maybe she’s the owner or maybe she is family but instead of offering to fix a mistake that she made, she had refused to. I did not want to embarrass the establishment or draw any sort of attention to the mistake she had made. But when I seen her make the drink, the ice machine was left wide open since I got there. It could have been for even longer than when I arrived, I’m not sure. But what I can say is that there was a bug in my drink and by the looks of the ice machine area maybe one or two more around it. It is really unfortunate how this lady decided to handle things. An appropriate and concerned demeanor goes a long way and she did the exact opposite of that. She could have taken accountability, maybe even apologized but decided to accuse and makeup a story about how I could’ve done that myself when the evidence was in plain sight. When I did nothing but show her kindness and respect, even keeping things private so the customers wouldn’t have to worry. Some people don’t deserve your kindness and that’s okay. I can see that you carry a lot of misery and unhappiness within you and I’m sorry that plays a role in how you treat others. I don’t wish that for you, in fact I wish you the best and I will be praying over you and whatever you are going through that nobody else knows about. All in all, this person has ruined my experience not once but twice now. Please take care of your customers and they will take care of you. So sad to see businesses allowing this, getting away with it and then never taking the right precautions immediately as follows. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give the Lodge 10 stars I would. my teas & shake are always on point. absolutely delicious . I love the atmosphere of the Lodge. I always feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this place to everyone

I've loved the nutrition lodge for years! THE best protein shakes with every flavor you could think of. The pecan pie shake is super yummy. Stephanie is such a sweetheart and makes it right every time!:) Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
