This place is a lot of fun to look at, but the one lady on staff was so apathetic and rude that I wanted to leave immediately. We were the only people there and not only did she not greet us when we walked in, but when we asked if we needed to be seated, she rolled her eyes and very tartly said "You order at the counter." She then walked away...leaving us alone at the counter. A young man took our order and was very sweet, so thank you to his mom because his coworker is not the one teaching manners there. We ordered our food and it was good, but not amazing. The rude lady made our food. The crowaffles are definitely NOT made from croissants. They are Belgian waffles that came out cold, straight from the packaging. I love the concept of this place and OFC's contribution to our local theater community. With all of the creative people in Rochester, I hope they can find someone more caring to run the Sunday morning shift. Unfortunately, I probably will not be back. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

That's not the experience we want anyone to have at The Old Town Cafe. The food was really good. I got a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The bagel tasted locally made (not packaged). The bacon was delicious. A little thicker and more than what you usually get elsewhere and cheddar cheese. The only downside was that service was a bit slow. It wasn't busy and it took a while to make the sandwich (employees movement was slow). But with that being said, I will give it another try to see if that is improved. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It’s a little weird inside, but the food was phenomenal and staff was very friendly! Not too pricey, and big portions. The bacon cheddar tots were Very good. Goose on the loose was sweet and delicious. Highly recommend :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
