We had the privilege to spend an evening eating at the Old Spaghetti Factory yesterday evening prior to a show at Massey Theatre. Our experience was amazing. Our waiter was Jade, and he was terrific. Jade was always at our table making sure everything was ok, taking orders, bringing drinks, refilling water, etc in a very timely manner, without ever making us feel rushed. The food tasted great - we had cheese garlic bread, salads, french onion soup, spaghetti with Impossible meatballs, a steak, caesar salad, etc. The flavors were fantastic and we were not disappointed with anything. We also had 3 cocktails and a bottle of wine. With everything we ate (which was ALOT) and the drinks and bottle of wine, our bill was only $162, which absolutely shocked me since the prices are so reasonable for what you get. We may definitely go to this restaurant again in the future when we are in Vancouver (we live on the Sunshine Coast). When we left the restaurant, every table was taken and there was a waiting list. This definitely speaks to the quality and popularity of this location. I also spoke to the manager and commended Jade on a job well done. The Old Spaghetti Factory (New Westminster) is highly recommended if you are looking for a reasonable priced evening out for dinner with great food and service! Vegetarian options: Two of us were vegetarians - there are many options for vegetarians for appetizers, pastas, impossible meatballs, salads, and soups. Very vegetarian friendly!
