If you enjoy painfully slow service, incompetent staff, and drunk owners that spill beer all over your head then this is the restaurant for you! We went to the Paris Bistro this year to continue our Christmas Eve dinner tradition. It may have been the worst dining experience ever! Firstly, the hostess ignored us upon walking through the front door. You would expect that a hostess at a nice restaurant would greet you at the door with a smile and offering to assist you. We had to wait 20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Once we were finally seated, nobody came to wait on us for at least another 30 minutes. By the time somebody wandered over to take our drink orders, another customer was complaining about how slow and awful the service was! When we finally were able to place our orders for our meals, we found out that the kitchen was out of several menu items. There were several drunk men sitting at the bar, one of them being the owner. The men were rowdy and interrupting our dining experience. The most pitiful part of our night was when the drunk men at the bar hit the back of my sister's head, spilling an entire beer in her hair. But wait...it gets worse. The drunk OWNER was the fellow who hit her and spilled his beer on her head. He NEVER even tried to apologize. We were so disgusted by this behavior that we decided to leave before receiving our food! We are very disappointed in how we were treated by the staff. Nobody attempted to apologize or to make things right. Not only is the service painfully slow, but the owner is rude and doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction considering several parties were complaining about their experience as well. It is a shame!
