This was my second time coming to the Perch. I went to have lunch with my two kids. We were greeted and we asked if we could sit outside. We were told yes. We had a nice gentlemen bring us menus. We talked about what food options there were and then we placed our drink orders. The chips and salsa came out just after our drinks. We were waiting some time for our appetizer. We were checked on to see if we needed anything else. Our food was taking a long time which didn't happen the last time. Then were told they were sorry for the long wait the appetizer would taken off our bill. We finally got our food and as usual it was delicious. Our waiter came out and apologized for the long wait and explained they had several people call out and that was not the service they are about. I will say they made it right by us with a gift card and we will return again. What great customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My burrito was awesome, and massive, staff was friendly. This place didn’t deserve whatever review bomb happened. Should be 5 stars all around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
