The Pier is an outstanding restaurant with amazing food, generous portions, and great value for the money. Our waitress, Ivey, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The host/front-of-house staff were also welcoming, professional, and very attentive. I also want to recognize the staff for how they handled an unfortunate situation. My wife had been sick before we even arrived at the restaurant, so this had absolutely nothing to do with the food. During our visit, she became ill again and unfortunately didn’t make it to the bathroom in time. The staff responded with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. What impressed me most was that the owner personally cleaned up the mess himself, even though it was right before closing time. The way everyone handled the situation speaks volumes about the character of this business. Exceptional customer service, excellent food, and a team that truly cares about its customers. We greatly appreciate the understanding and compassion we were shown and will definitely be back. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A hidden gem right on Pickwick Lake that absolutely deserves a visit. Keysha was an outstanding server — warm, attentive, and made the whole evening feel special from start to finish. The Pork Rib Eye was exceptional, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The Seafood Alfredo was rich and satisfying, exactly what you want after a long day on the water. And the Key Lime Pie? Don’t even think about skipping it — the perfect ending to a great meal. The only thing keeping this from a full five stars was the Wild Rice, which came out a little cold — a shame because the flavor itself was spectacular and deserved better. One small miss in an otherwise excellent experience. If you’re staying near Pickwick, make a reservation here. With service like Keysha’s and food this good, The Pier is easily one of the best dining experiences in the area. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
