Fuimos a comer sobre las 15:20, hicimos el pedido, nos trajeron las aguas y la comida desaparecida, pasaron 1h y 10 minutos, sin ningún camarero decir nada, y al ir a preguntar, nos dicen es que vamos con retraso, 1 hora y 10 de retraso con unas pocas mesas comiendo, como nota a mejorar, avisad a la gente de que hay retraso al pedir es un gran gesto en hostelería, si la comida se retrasa tambien poner algo para picar Pedido 15:25 aprox llegada 16:40. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £40–50

Thank you for the review but there are just somethings i want to clear up. As it was bank holiday Sunday we were very busy which your table had not booked with us but we still did accommodate your table of 11. You ordered through our app which we did come over and say there was a slight wait on food due to us being busy. Again we brought out all of the food paid for by yourselves using the app in which one of the payments did not go through due to this not being at the bar we did not know that the food was ordered. When a member of your group brought this up we helped straight away by figuring out it wasn't paid for which then got brought out in less then 20 minutes .

Terrible service waited 40 minutes for food and had to ask to takeaway. technicians fixing things at lunch had to warning the food would take longer because of this. Wouldn’t go again x Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This isn't our normal way of working but due to routine health and safety checks for fire safety the food did take a little longer then normal to come out which we do apologise about again, as we did inform you when you entered and when ordering food this would be the case. Just been in to The Pilot, had the curry house feast, fantastic meal, everything was cooked to perfection, lovely and hot and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
