Our wedding reception was booked here, after pulling teeth trying get finalise details and get extra info for our big day I decided to cancel my reception with them, leaving me stuck, Iv been trying to contact them for WEEKS to arrange my depsoit back and it looks like they have closed down, was they even going to tell us they was closing?? It’s a joke... it’s not afternoon tea, it was 150 guests at a wedding.

Tried to book a bottomless brunch as had a voucher bought for me as a present. Called multiple times with no answer, then when they did pick up they said they were the cleaner and to call back later. Tried to Facebook message them, with no response. Finally got through to them on the phone and booked the brunch for 2 months in advance (this is the earliest they could do) and was told to ring a few days before with our pre-order - I thought this was strange, bearing in mind there was only 2 of us. I tried to call them so many times and Facebook messaged them lots, again with no response. I have since found out that this establishment has now closed; however they failed to let us know or cancel our booking! Shocking customer service!

Had the best time last night for my 21st Birthday Party, the staff were absolutely brilliant. All so friendly and helpful and made sure we had the best night possible. Honestly wouldn’t change any of it! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, brilliant food and drinks! Thanks The Place, I would 100% recommend to anyone! ❤️???????? x
