In response to the owner’s reply to come (we already did this on Google, and I do it tk project YOU prospective cake buyer.. I wish I had seen the 2 star reviews before purchasing.) One of the worst experiences I've ever had, and if you look you'll find many more one star reviews with similar experiences. Notice how every negative review gets the same excuse: “it’s a cream cake” or “the customer didn’t handle it properly.” We followed their instructions exactly — fridge immediately, served straight from the fridge — and the result is in my photos: a sloppy, bleeding mess. Would you be happy if you paid premium prices for the neat fondant design shown on their site, and got this instead? Fondant should have been used for the eyes, mouth, and feet — just as pictured. Even a hobby baker knows cream on cream will bleed and collapse. The “feet” melted into piles that looked like feces, the face bled like a crying clown, and my 3-year-old burst into tears when she saw it. This isn’t customer error. It’s misrepresentation and corner-cutting. You cannot blame people for following your directions when the failure came from your choice to use cheap, unstable materials instead of the fondant you advertised. For readers: PayPal initially denied my claim due to odd terms of service. But my credit card company disagreed and reversed the charge. The money is already gone from this seller’s account. If you risk ordering, always pay with both PayPal and a credit card so you have two ways to dispute when they deliver a sloppy mess. Customer service means accountability. This company has none. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Absolutely appalling experience – do not trust this company. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday from The Place / Megalium Creative based on their professional fondant-decorated photos. What I received was a disaster. By the next day — despite perfect storage — the face bled like running mascara, the feet collapsed into brown piles, sprinkles smeared, and the inside contained unclear jelly chunks. No child ate it, adults spit it out, and my daughter cried when she saw it. The cake went in the trash. When I contacted them the next day, they refused responsibility and blamed me. This was impossible — their choice of materials caused it. This is bait-and-switch at its worst: cheap shortcuts, misleading advertising, and no accountability. Go elsewhere and save yourself the heartache. They’ve proven they can use fondant (they did for the lettering), but they cut corners on the very elements shown in their photos. They had the right materials and simply didn’t use them. First photo: What I thought I was buying. Next obvious photos: what I qas delivered. I followed their instructions 100%. They did not use fondant for face details, for the sprinkles on top, or for the feet. They cut corners and then blame me when their cake bled despite all instructions being followed.

I had their "[Keto 0 Sugar Gluten Free] Black Sesame Fresh Cream 12oz Box" and was blown away by how soft and moist the cake was, how I could not taste any of the sweeteners used, and the rich sesame flavour of the cream. As someone dealing with gestational diabetes, I was impressed with how this did not spike my blood sugar level. It's great to be able to eat Asian-flavoured cakes again without worrying about my blood sugars. I can't wait to try the rest of their selection.
