Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, it felt as though our server had an attitude toward our entire table. There were seven of us, all looking forward to a fun karaoke night, but the energy shifted immediately. It was especially disappointing because we’d all had a long week at work and were simply trying to unwind. Instead, we were met with a serious, rushed demeanor while being pushed to place our orders, even though it was our first time there and we were still getting our bearings. It made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for karaoke night, we would’ve all absolutely left. Karaoke itself was great, the coordinator was genuinely friendly and welcoming. However, when it came time to leave and pay, the service issue resurfaced. We told the server we needed to split the bill, and she responded with “you guys are killing me,” despite the fact that she had asked us upon arrival whether we’d be splitting checks, and we had clearly said yes. If you’re looking for good drinks and a fun karaoke atmosphere, that part delivers. But if you also expect courteous, professional service, I would strongly not recommend this place. (The server was an older lady with blond curly hair maybe in her 50’s ). Atmosphere: 3

I do wish that you had taking the opportunity to bring this to our attention while you were here. Love The Press Wine Bar. The Wine and food is always delicious. Our hostess, Gail, gives wonderful service. Dustin Heer's singing is amazing. A perfect way to spend our evening!
