My initial impression of Spice House Luxe Buckhead was positive. The drinks were satisfying, and the crab claw appetizer was excellent. My girlfriend ordered the Biscoff chicken and waffles, and that dish was very good as well. Unfortunately, my entrée was disappointing. I ordered the oxtail dish, which was described as oxtail served over potatoes and peppers with eggs cooked to my liking. When it arrived, the eggs were completely missing, and the portion of oxtail was extremely small—about two and a half small pieces. The meat appeared overcooked and shredded, with bones sticking out. After I pointed out the missing eggs, the kitchen took the plate back. When it returned, the eggs had been added, but there was no oxtail left on the plate. At that point, I was frustrated and asked if the dish could be removed from the bill. I was told they don’t remove items from checks but could bring me a side of oxtails instead. I declined, paid my bill, and left. Based on the drinks, appetizer, and my girlfriend’s meal, I can see why people enjoy this restaurant. However, the execution of my entrée and the way the issue was handled left me disappointed. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $80–90 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Came in to our surprise it was their grand opening great music/ drinks our waitress was amazing she did great but the food was the disappointing my mashed potatoes tasted slightly spoiled I️ didn’t want them had no problem not sending them back my friend had the pasta it was full of water to our surprise the manager said they don’t take off food which yes disappointed not surprised and to top it all off their was hair wrapped around the fries we received. I’ve been here before when it was Privacy room hopefully they do better for their next round of customers. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I went this place Sunday night I ordered rasta pasta with salmon he had lamb chop we also ordered two cocktails and hookah everything was delicious we were so happy and the service was amazing we would love to go back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
