Awesome little spot, hasn’t been open long but great vibes and great drinks. Happy hour all day Tuesday and 4-6 on wed-fri. They deserve to be more popular! Check them out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20

Really disappointed yall decided not to serve any water (especially in the summer when heat index is 100+) and only offer Fiji water, when we were buying multiple rounds of drinks and it wasn’t even crowded. For white linen night, the drinks were extremely overpriced and a 20% service charge was added to every bill which I don’t mind paying a 20% tip, but not on top of a 20% charge on overpriced drinks at 6pm when there’s absolutely no crowd. I hope the 20% went to the staff. I was excited to try this place, but really disappointed overall. The heights is not a “fancy” place where people expect expensive drinks and have to pay for Fiji water, we want reasonably priced drinks, a good atmosphere, and ice water water lol. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $40–50

Hi Ellie, appreciate your feedback. I did want to clarify a few things. White Linen is the one night a year we operate differently. We chose not to charge a cover, cocktails were $14–$15, bottled FIJI water was ~$5, and the 20% service charge was clearly noted on our White Linen menus and it went directly to our staff (love you guys!). Bottled water was also an event-specific decision. After last year, we found many guests wanted water they could take with them as they moved around the Heights, and it helped us serve a very large crowd more efficiently. White night is definitely the exception, not our everyday operation.We’re incredibly proud of our team and how hard they worked that night, and we were grateful for the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received. We’re also a small, independent neighborhood bar, so every review has a real impact and we take your feedback seriously.We hope you’ll come back and experience us on a regular night — your first drink is on us. I was in the heights looking for a good happy hour and stumbled upon the rabbit hole. Nice chill and laid back spot. Nice enough to host a small event but not overly pretentious at all. They have a really good happy hour selection of drinks and beer. Jonathan was so professional and sweet . I love when a mixologist is personable . Overall I give this place two thumbs up. Whenever im in the heights I will make a stop in. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
