Very disappointing experience at The Ranch. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into frustration from the moment we arrived. We were informed at the very last minute that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance, despite it being one of the main reasons for booking the stay. The cleanliness level was far below expectations, several amenities advertised on the website were missing, there was no gas available even to boil water for coffee, and there were not enough cups or basic necessities for the guests. To make things worse, the water pump broke while we were trying to shower one after another, leaving the villa without water and forcing us to wait until the issue was fixed. We honestly felt like we were camping instead of staying at a guesthouse we paid a premium price for. We ended up buying so many basic supplies ourselves, almost like doing a full supermarket run just to make the stay manageable. We appreciate the management reaching out afterward, but unfortunately the experience itself cannot be overlooked. In a market full of beautiful guesthouses and resorts offering much better service and value, this stay was honestly one of the worst we’ve had. Sharing this feedback so others can make informed decisions before booking.

Bad management. We are a group of 35 people. Food was reserved ahead of time and at the time of eating it was mal distributed having 50% of the group n9t eating meat. Ordered 5 cheese rolls and he had available 2 plates. Poor dishes. Small portions. Everything was bad experience
