Disfruta de Callan Park y ven a este restaurante. En The Hanoi Shuffle, no te olvides de su atrayente sopa pho, sus sorprendentes gambas al ajo y su tierno salmón. Sus cocineros preparan aquí una generosa créme brûlée. Su excelente café vietnamita y su sensacional zumo son el punto clave de este lugar.

This review is specifically for those wanting to book a Vietnamese cocktail making class with Steven via Class Bento, which is held at Hanoi Shuffle. I booked a cocktail making class at Hanoi Shuffle with Steven for New Year’s Eve, and booked dinner at Hanoi Shuffle at 5pm when the class was supposed to finish. I received a confirmation email from class bento the day before and was beyond excited for the class. My fiancé and I then travelled an hour and a half just to find out the staff were unaware of any classes on for the day. I then contacted Steven directly and was told that they tried to call me to tell me the class was cancelled as they only had one booking. When I checked, I did in fact receive a missed call from an unknown number 3 days beforehand, which happened to be Steven’s number. No voicemail was left and no further attempt was made to contact me. Steven failed to notify class bento of the changes to the booking, hence why I received a confirmation email from them and hence why I did not receive a refund until I personally requested for it. The staff at Hanoi Shuffle are not to blame for this and were in fact helpful and remorseful. This was extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and ruined our new year’s plans. Rez from Class Bento was extremely helpful in processing the refund, as well as taking her time to speak to Steven about best practice when there is a cancellation, as well as some suggestions of what to do next time.

Poor delivery experience. We ordered 4x pho noodle soups and they were not adequately packaged by the restaurant (bags overstuffed), resulting in the contents of 3 of the 4 soups completely spilling in the packaging. Could not even bring them into the house. I contacted the restaurant immediately to explain what had happened and provided them with 3 different ways they may have been able to resolve the issue quickly for us so that we could receive what we paid for: 1. Have someone from the restaurant run down the soups to our house. 2. Re-order via Uber Eats so that we could receive the soups. 3. Arrange a taxi/Uber to deliver our meal to us. 20mins going around in circles on the phone with the restaurant (who would only provide a solution of us driving to them to collect the order - not possible and this is why we ordered delivery in the first place ) before they hung up the first time. 7(!) further attempts to contact them and all went to voicemail. I was finally able to get hold of them again, but it made no difference and they had no other solutions. The worst customer service experience I’ve had in some time. I felt sorry for the person I spoke to, who clearly wanted to assist but did not have any authority to do so. He wasn’t able to put me on to anyone else - the owners of this establishment clearly aren’t interested in rectifying issues created by them without the customer either spending more of their own money or having to go out of their way to collect it themselves. Can’t give any stars for the meal as it hasn’t turned up, but the service experience was decidedly 1 star. We are spoiled for choice in Rozelle and Balmain - will definitely be going elsewhere next time. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Service: 1

We had 2 × salads, which if blindfolded, I would have picked as a bland European attempt at a salad/slaw. The fish cakes weren't too bad, but again, no strong flavour. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
