We normally love the Rib Shack but tonight about did me in. I ordered a cheeseburger and when I got it, it was a piece of meat on a bun. No cheese. No mayo. No lettuce and tomato. Nothing! Menu states it comes with lettuce, tomato, and onion. This was nothing but a patty on a bun! Highly disappointed!!

I always wanted to eat here, but never got round to it,my husband heard it was pretty good, so feeling lazy we went.
Omg I am sooooo glad we went, it's real cooking, fresh to order,
not over smoked,
not kept warm for hours ,
not microwave junk....the bbq here is FANTASTIC exactly how bbq should be!!!
Tender. Juicy , delicious.
Fair price
Good portions
Very helpful staff
Clean
Everything I would hope for and expect!!

The staff was not friendly after being told ribs would be ready in 10 minutes 45 minutes later we still didn’t get ribs I asked for a refund and was rudely told well it is the railroad festival and people were ahead of you, which we understand but at least keep everyone informed instead of continuing to take orders and our money standing in the hot sun for 45 minutes and still didn’t get ribs was such a waste!
