The best crossaints you will ever taste. Made with absolute love and dedication, the perfect combination of crispy and soft. A special mention of the chocolate and almond crossaints, they are perfection. Eat at your own peril, as most other crossaints will pail in comparison once you've eaten one of these pieces of heaven. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is little wonder that the first time I experienced Ridge Bakery croissants, I got the chorus of a Belinda Carlisle song stuck in my head. Heaven is a place on earth, indeed, and it is right there at Ridge Bakery - Their organic sourdough croissants are out of this world, and their customer service is exceptional. The Ridge Bakery products are well worth a very long drive to the Dandenong Ranges to experience. They are so damn good. My personal recommendation is the almond croissant, and my partner can't go past the pain au chocolat. My brother's vote is for the plain ones. No matter what you order, you can't go wrong. Just be sure to get your order in early so that you don't miss out.
