Taller bartender kinda ruined the experience, walked in and sat down, wasn’t sure if I needed to order at the bar or if someone would pop over to serve us. When I walked up the bar I got a “what’s up” when I ordered the bartender went on continuing to mess with the speakers that wouldn't work so I went back to my seat. After about 10 minutes he made the drinks and set them on the bar. I wasn’t sure if they were mine but he made a gesture to me like I should come up there and grab them. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had. He was awfully chatty with to ladies at the bar and seemed to be serving them lots of “samples” The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the drinks were great and unique. Management should address the customer service issues. I’m not really excited to go back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Used to produce great experiences and talent and as of tonight can’t even process the credit card for the guy sitting next to me. Totally pathetic bartenders who can’t read words, just hand your cards to anyone. Pay with cash if you go here because it’s totally insane how they just hand your cards to anyone it seems like. Glad I got my card back! Some people didn’t. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Day 2 at the Robin Room. Can’t stay away from those delicious creations. Kevin was behind the bar stirring and shaking amazing cocktails. Today we ventured of grid to tap into Kevin’s vault of recipes. Highlights of Mezcal Espresso Martini to the OG cocktail from years past. Thanks Kevin for sharing your stories and creations. O by the way the Ham Sandwiches are the Bomb. Ya, I said Ham Sandwiches…holy sh_t do they hit the spot!!!!! Thank you Kevin for a great experience!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
