Hello Pilar! Yes we query how many drink guests had if we have a doubt about their sobriety. We did not know that you had a nap at your hotel, we are not secret service. You were fine since we let you in... Sorry we had to ask. You did not like the music, that is a very subjective topic isn't it? Try a different night. Music policy varies every night and is advertised accordingly on our website. We do play more RnB and hip Hop than techno or metal that is for sure ;) - House and Disco house is on Friday, Pop on Thursday and Retro / Disco and party bangers on Saturday. Yes we do serve vodka and cola or cranberry with ice... like any respectable bar. Why is that? Thermodynamic is the name of the game. The more ice in the glass the colder the drink, the colder the drink the less the ice melts... And it tastes stronger! Indeed, you get two shots of vodka for a perfectly balanced 125ml of mixer. If you had less ice, you would get more juice. Your drink would be more diluted, tasting weaker and just like juice really.The ice would melt faster and you would end up with a warm beverage really. Sure, you may drink it faster, but hey, we need to earn a living too... And yes we do measure alcohol, like anywhere else, first because of consistency, second because it is the law... :) So yes, if you come visit, we will make sure that everyone is not too intoxicated, please don't hold it against us, it is for everyone safety. Yes we will measure what we pour. Because it is the law and because it is consistent :) Yes, we do use ice to serve a perfectly well balanced and thermodynamically sound drink. Ah the music is subjective... you did not like what we played... Try us another night where the music policy is to your taste. :)
