I dont like leaving bad reviews but after my visit with a friend this week this place left me feeling rather upset. I cannot believe the how awfully i was spoken to. We sat outside, ordered our coffee i politely asked if they did breakfast and if there was a menu, i was told "can you get it yourself!" So i went in to the cafe and got it myself. I always like to think maybe people are struggling and not to overthink that i had done something wrong so i let it go. But she was off throughout. When we went to pay i asked if they needed any help as i have a 17 year old looking for work, she snapped "no!!!" You could cut the air with a knife! We paid, there was no thank you, no eye contact. Awful. Made me quite upset. Like i say, you never know whats going on in peoples lives but after reading same experiences over a period of quite some months, there's a problem here. I wont be handing over my hard earned money to them anymore. Terrible customer service.

Would like to give this little rusl place a nice review; however, when I arrived at 3.15 pm for a coffee (closing advertised as 4om) I was told no we've turned all the machines off - no apology, no offer if anything else instead. Poor show rual kitchen. Service: 1

The rural kitchen is my local cafe which we have visited on a few occasions. The food and service has always been very good but sadly the service received this morning was extremely poor and disappointing . We were made to feel most unwelcome by the lady serving. I’m more than happy to spend my money elsewhere such as Green Pastures in future. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast
