The Select soft opened in Jan 2024 with restaurants and bar within the complex. Visited Bar Haku nightly for apres-ski cocktails, beer, and whisky. Dan is a kaiseki restaurant with set menus and an extensive drink list. The food is phenomenal and sourced from Hokkaido. Sushi Isono serves an Omakase meal that is comparable to top restaurants in Sapporo. There is also a Yakitori restaurant which we didn’t get a chance to try as it was fully booked.
