I only live down the road but not been in for years. Service was great and a good selection of well kept beer. I had a few pints of Wainwrights. lovely. Brother had Guinness and is wife tried a selection of Gin . Price per person: £20–30 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Only started visiting the Star over the past six months or so even though it's just down the road. We go down to play darts but do also stop by just for a quiet time. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Kid-friendliness: There is a small beer garden which may be friendly for kids.
