El servicio fue excelente. Todos los mozos que nos atendieron súper amables y predispuestos. La comida está muy bien pero llegaron dos platos fríos. El café no lo recomiendo. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

Yesterday, I met up with a friend I hadn't seen in years, and we decided to have drinks here. It was my first time visiting, although she had been before. Unfortunately, our drink order came out incorrectly. I ordered a lemon drop, but the bartender brought me an espresso martini. To his credit, once I pointed out the mistake, he quickly corrected it, and the lemon drop was good. What left a bad impression was the service we experienced afterward. As we were preparing to leave, I had a simple question and attempted to get the attention of a waitress with burgundy hair who was standing against the wall while my bartender was helping another customer. Despite multiple attempts to politely get her attention, she blatantly ignored me and appeared more interested in staring at the ceiling than acknowledging a guest. If she was on break, I understand not actively serving tables, but basic courtesy and acknowledgment still go a long way. A simple "I'll be right with you" or directing me to another employee would have been appreciated. Instead, I felt completely dismissed. I place a high value on customer service, and one negative interaction can outweigh an otherwise pleasant experience. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment.

On our way back from the beach we made a detour to Downtown Riverside. It’s always one of my favorite stops if I can make it today while walking past some of the shops, The State caught my eye. We already ate lunch earlier in Redlands so we decided to check it out and get some drinks at the bar. It was beautiful inside and I knew instantly I would love it. I’m not really a fan of beer or hard cocktails so I ordered a margarita. When I asked the bartender what their best one was, he explained it to me and it sounded delicious. He also let me know it was $25 which I appreciate ahead of time in case I wasn’t trying to go crazy but hey, I’m on vacation. I did tell him I don’t like the taste of super strong alcohol so he did adjusted a little bit and even took a few bucks off which I appreciated even though I didn’t ask him to do that so that was kind the bar seats were cozy. When we got there, there was quite a few people at different tables, but it was still easy to talk. The music was in a good level and I just really love the vibe in there. I made it a few other spots nearby and I’d say this one was the best just from their bar alone.. service was great the entire time and prices were fair. Happy hour specials were good and they had one for every day of the week. They even had Tuesday eight dollar margaritas unfortunately for me we came on a Monday lol Price per person: $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
