The Still in Tucson has gone down hill. Drinks are $21 and mediocre at best. Food was nothing special either. Air conditioning hardly cooled the room, menus were sticky, patio was dirty. We have been there several times precovid and first time back, big disappointment. This used to be a very secretive place, you felt like you were somewhere special. Has lost its sparkle. Don’t waste your money.

we arrived and texted as directed, no acknowledgment. waited 15 minutes and left. received something in text 12 minutes after that. Totally a rude and boring experience.

I went Saturday night very excited to experience the hidden speakeasy for the first time. when we arrived for our reservation we made 5 days in advance we waited forever for our table. Come to find out they over booked the room! When we were able to finally go back to "the still" the room wasn't even hidden because the door was wide open, so the experience was like being taken to another part of busy and packed restaurant. We tried to make the best of it but when we ordered food my pizza was undercooked and had raw dough in the middle of it. Still trying to make the best of it we asked for a cigar menu and was told we would get one and never did. When I asked if it was possible if we could see what it was like with door being closed i was told they didn't do that anymore. When the bartenders saw we were upset and disappointed, they proceeded to say to one another," well if you make your reservation too late this is what you get!" Like we weren't even there! not the experience I was expecting for a birthday dinner!
